Ice Cream machine is for indoor use & will not freeze properly outdoors on a hot day.
Machine takes approximately 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours to chill. It will take longer if the machine is going to be used outside.
Soft Serve Ice Cream Mixes are packed in 6 lb. pouch.
Available in Chocolate or Vanilla. This is a dry mix so no chill of mix is needed.
1 Bag of soft serve ice cream will make 113 4 oz servings when mixed properly. Machine will only hold 1/2 bag at one time serving approx. 55 4 oz. servings.
Do not fill above the maximum fill line. You must add more product when you see the ? on the cylinder. Once you add more mix, refreeze time is two hours.
