Cancellation Policy on Train
-If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to the event, the rental fee will be charged to the account as an in-store credit, good for one year. There is no refund.
-If you cancel 24 hours within the event, the rental fee will be charged to the account as an in-store credit, with a $75.00 loading fee. There is no refund.
-If you cancel when Cooke Rentals is onsite for the event, there will be no in-store credit or refund.
