About Cooke Rentals in Denver & Maiden NC
What started as a small gas station and small engine repair shop in Mt Airy, NC in 1973, has evolved into the present day Cooke Rentals. Owner Byron Cooke and his wife Linda have spent their lives creating and forming the business into what it is today. Byron and Linda's sons now manage three locations in the North Carolina area. Ben Cooke manages the Mt Airy location, Chad Cooke manages the Denver location, and Andy Cooke manages the Cornelius location.
In 1992, a branch location was opened in the small town of Denver, NC on the west side of Lake Norman. The store was an instant success and in 1995 forced to relocate into a brand new facility around the corner where we are located to this day. In 1998 the Denver location underwent an expansion, doubling its size to accommodate a lucrative special event showroom. Due to the success of our Special Event Rentals, in 2002 we expanded yet again and added warehouse space to provide top quality products and service. In 2006 we expanded again and added a warehouse to facilitate Dry Marine Storage, RV Storage, or just warehouse space for your growing business or hobbies.
The Denver location now boasts a rental inventory consisting of tools and equipment rentals to accommodate the DIY homeowners and general contractors to party and event planners. Our diverse supply of equipment includes but is not limited to:
